Sarah D. Kozel, Ph.D.

Sarah is a trusted coach and advisor to leaders, especially those who are entrepreneurs, executives, and parents. Through High Impact Humans, she helps leaders at every stage in their development to build a healthy foundation that supports consistent elite performance. She’s trusted by leaders of organizations of all sizes as a coach who helps them to hone their capabilities and grow as integrated human beings.

Sarah is formally trained as a psychologist and is certified in Unbeatable Mind mental resilience and Institute for Integrative Nutrition health coaching. In addition to being a serial entrepreneur and CEO herself, she has served on numerous nonprofit and private boards. Her research and writing have focused on the impact of policy on sense of responsibility and activism, talent management, ethics, personal growth and behavioral change, and a philosophy of wellness.

Sarah’s leadership and coaching approach is holistic. She emphasizes balance and integration as the foundation for sustainable and high impact leadership. Rooted in a philosophy of intentional practice and discipline across the domains of physical, mental, emotional, intuitive, and intellectual elements of life, she supports leaders to develop a real understanding of who they are so they can become the best possible version of themselves. 

Sarah is an avid athlete, fitness coach, and volunteer firefighter and practices Jiu Jitsu and Krav Maga. She is the mom of four boys and spends as much time as possible in nature with her family.

Katie Kozel, MBA

Katie is a certified coach who specializes in transforming relationships across all domains of life. With expertise in emotional leadership, conscious parenting, and team formation, Katie creates spaces where genuine connection can flourish.

Her coaching style is rooted in curiosity and holistic inquiry, allowing clients to explore challenges and opportunities from multiple perspectives. Katie's approach balances fun and warmth with compassionate directness, ensuring clients feel both supported and encouraged on their growth journey.

Katie firmly believes that connection and healthy relationships form the foundation for both personal fulfillment and professional success. Her work emphasizes that strong relationships require both attention and intention to maintain and thrive.

Rebecca Kozel, M.A.
