This Privacy Policy explains how High Impact Humans (“High Impact Humans,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, protects, and discloses information obtained through our website, coaching services, programs, events, and other interactions with you.
1. Our Commitment to Your Privacy

Any other information you voluntarily choose to provide to us.
3. How We Use Your Information
We may use personal information to:
Respond to inquiries and communicate with you;

4. We Do Not Sell Personal Information
High Impact Humans does not sell personal information.
We will not exchange your personal information for money or provide it to another business for that business's independent commercial use.
We may use reputable service providers to perform functions on our behalf, such as website hosting, email delivery, scheduling, payment processing, data storage, or business administration. When information must be shared with such providers, we seek to limit disclosure to information reasonably necessary for them to perform those services.
5. Confidentiality of Communications
High Impact Humans treats communications between our clients, prospective clients, participants, and representatives of High Impact Humans as confidential.
Information shared during coaching sessions, consultations, assessments, written communications, or other direct interactions will not ordinarily be disclosed to other individuals or organizations without your permission.
There are important exceptions to this commitment.
We may disclose information when we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary because:
You have communicated a credible threat of serious harm or violence toward yourself or another person;
Circumstances create a duty or legal obligation to report suspected abuse, neglect, exploitation, or another matter subject to mandatory-reporting laws;
Disclosure is required by subpoena, court order, governmental request, or other applicable law;
Disclosure is reasonably necessary to respond to an emergency involving an imminent risk of serious harm; or
You have authorized us to share the information.
Any disclosure made for one of these reasons will, when reasonably possible and permitted by law, be limited to the information necessary to address the applicable safety concern or legal obligation.
Important: Coaching communications are intended to be private and are treated as confidential by High Impact Humans, but coaching relationships do not necessarily carry the same legally recognized privilege that may apply to communications with attorneys, physicians, licensed mental-health professionals, or certain other regulated professionals.
6. Mandatory Reporting
Whether an individual associated with High Impact Humans is legally required to make a report depends on applicable law, the person's professional role, the circumstances involved, and the jurisdiction in which the services are provided.
Where a mandatory-reporting obligation applies, High Impact Humans and its personnel will comply with applicable law.
Nothing in this Privacy Policy should be interpreted as creating a mandatory-reporting obligation where the law does not otherwise impose one or eliminating a reporting obligation where one is required by law.
7. Health and Other Sensitive Information
Because our work may involve health, wellness, performance, relationships, personal development, or significant life transitions, you may choose to share sensitive information with us.
We ask that you provide only information that you believe is appropriate and necessary for our work together.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, High Impact Humans is not a health-care provider subject to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (“HIPAA”), and information provided to us should not be assumed to constitute HIPAA-protected medical information.
We nevertheless endeavor to handle sensitive information with appropriate care and discretion.

Website hosting;
Email and communication services;
Scheduling platforms;
Payment processing;
Cloud storage;
Customer relationship management systems;

Other administrative or technology services.
These providers may process personal information on our behalf to perform their services.
High Impact Humans does not authorize these providers to sell personal information supplied to them by us for their independent purposes.
Third-party websites and services have their own privacy practices, and their handling of information is governed by their respective privacy policies.
9. Cookies and Website Analytics
Our website may use cookies or similar technologies to maintain website functionality, understand website traffic, improve user experience, and evaluate how visitors interact with our content.
You may be able to limit or disable cookies through your browser settings. Doing so may affect the functionality of certain portions of the website.
